An in-person neighborhood meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 6 p.m. The meeting location will be 1900 N. Civic Square, Room 118 (Canyon Trails 1).
Purpose:
This notice is to inform you that the city of Goodyear is considering an application from Andy Jochums from Beus Gilbert McGroder PLLC, representing the applicant who is authorized by the property owner(s), SEC YUMA AND SARIVAL LLC. The applicant will be hosting a Neighborhood Meeting to discuss the project proposal.
Site Location:
The property is located on the Southeast corner of Sarival Avenue and Yuma Road.
Requesting:
A Use Permit on approximately 1.28 acres of a larger 3.16 acre property.
