An in-person neighborhood meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. The meeting location will be at Goodyear City Hall, Rooms 118 & 119 (Canyon Trails 1 & 2), 1900 N. Civic Square.

Purpose:

The City of Goodyear is considering an application from Ruben Rodela of GWA Architecture, representing the property owner, HH-Laveen Lot 2 LLC. The applicant will be hosting a Neighborhood Meeting to discuss the project proposal.

Project Location:

The project site is a vacant pad located within Cottonflower Marketplace, at the southwest corner of Yuma Road and Cotton Lane. The pad is approximately 1.2 acres in size and is just west of Black Rock Coffee Bar.

Request:

A Use Permit for a 2,700-square-foot restaurant with drive-through and associated parking.
