On Friday, Nov. 21, city of Goodyear offices will be open from 8 - 11:30 a.m., but closed afterwards for an all employee meeting. This will not impact trash/recycling collection, the APS customer service counter in City Hall, 190 N. Litchfield Road, and the Goodyear Branch Library, 14455 W. Van Buren Street,  STE C101.
