The Information Technology Department helps to ensure that technology investments for the city are based on sound needs and align with the city's strategic goals. We support departments throughout the city to optimize business processes and provide appropriate project oversight. 

Lisa Faison serves as Chief Information Officer, bringing more than 25 years of public sector service and over two decades of information technology experience. Her career includes roles as Business Analyst, Program Manager, Deputy CIO, and CIO, where she leads innovation and operational excellence.

 

Known for transforming complex systems into efficient, user-centered solutions, Faison champions process improvement and Lean principles to streamline workflows and deliver measurable results. A collaborative and strategic leader, she is committed to modernizing government services, enhancing customer experiences, and empowering teams through technology.
