    Neighborhood Meeting - Fusaro Land Reclamation Extension

    Fusaro Land Reclamation Extension Neighborhood Meeting

    An in-person neighborhood meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. The meeting location will be at Goodyear City Hall, Rooms 118 & 119 (Canyon Trails 1 & 2), 1900 N. Civic Square.

    Purpose:

    The City of Goodyear is considering an application from Brian Greathouse of Burch & Cracchiolo Attorneys, representing the property owner, FUSARO LLC. The applicant will be hosting a Neighborhood Meeting to discuss the project proposal.

    Project Location:

    The project site is 29.4 acres and is located at the southwest corner of Roosevelt Street and 158th Avenue.

    Request:

    A Special Use Permit to continue operations of the existing Fusaro Land Reclamation Project. The reclamation project was originally approved on May 8, 2017, with a stipulation of approval that if it was not completed within five years, a second Special Use Permit would be required in order to continue operations.
