AUTOPAY ENDING SOON!
The City’s longstanding Autopay System is being replaced with a new and improved UA Autopay System.
If your bill has AUTOPAY as shown in the image below, you will be impacted.
IMPACTED CUSTOMERS NEED TO
Visit our new Utility Access portal to sign up for the new UA Autopay.
If you try to reset your password and don’t receive an email, you’ll need to create a new account.
Your account number has two parts — the Location ID and the Customer Number. Put together, they make your full account number

NO ACTION NEEDED IF...
Customers already enrolled in the new UA AUTOPAY as shown in the bill image below, no action is needed – payments will continue as scheduled.
Several Options to Choose From:
- Pay or view Utility Bill Online
- Auto Phone System IVR 623-882-7373 (Search options: account number look up only)
- Online Bill Pay with your Bank (allow 3 to 5 business days for payment to reach us)
- Pay at City Hall
- Mail payment
NOTE: If your account is in a delinquent status, you must pay the City directly thru IVR, Utility Access or in person to avoid interruption of service. The IVR system is available 7 days a week 24 hours a day. If your account is scheduled to be discontinued for non-payment you will be able to make a payment through the IVR system or Utility Access 1 day prior to shutoff.
If your water service has been interrupted, you will need to speak with a CSR to get water turned back on. If your sanitation and/or sewer account was terminated you will need to speak with a CSR to get the account reactivated.

City Hall is located at the new Goodyear Civic Square. For your convenience there is a kiosk located in the breezeway between the entrance to City Hall and the Library. Payments can be made at the kiosk 7 days a week 24 hours a day. The customer service counter is on the 2nd floor in the One Stop Shop where you can make your City of Goodyear payments. Our hours are 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
Over the Phone
All credit and debit card payments will be processed thru the IVR system at 623-882-7373. The IVR system is available 7 days a week 24 hours day. IVR accepts payments via MasterCard or Visa and debit cards with the Visa logo. You can also find out what your balance is utilizing this system.
